摘要
以对羟基苯乙酮为原料,经肟化和Bechmann重排反应制取了对乙酰氨基酚。使用Hβ分子筛作为重排反应催化剂,取得了良好的效果。以丙酮为重排反应溶剂,m(催化剂)∶m(反应物)为3∶5,在50℃下反应4h,对乙酰氨基酚产率为81.2%。
A new two-step method for synthesis of p-acetylaminophenol from 4-hydroxyacetophenone oxime by Bechmann rearrangment over zeolite H-Beta catalyst was studied. The acetone was used as the solvent of the rearrangment, and reacted at 50 ℃ for 4 h,m(catalyst)∶m(substract)=3∶5,the yield of the rearrangment reaction reached 81.2%.
