本文对建立地方特色文化数据库的内涵、必要性、可行性及其作用进行了论证,对建库原则、质量控制进行了较为全面的论述。

This paper demonstrates the connotation,necessity,and feasibility of founding cultural database with local feature.In this article,the principles of how to found the database and controlling its quality are also elaborated.
