摘要
图书馆是知识管理和知识服务的机构,人力资本具有重要作用,图书馆的人力资本运营机制滞后于现代图书馆的发展,人力资本的激励机制不健全。应加强和改进图书馆的人力资本政策,建立科学的人力资本激励体制,从而使人力资本特别是专业型人力资本在现代图书馆发展中发挥更大的作用。
Library is the institution of management for knowledge and service,so human capital is of great importance.We should strengthen and improve the human-capital in the library and constitute scientific system of inspiriting the human-capital so as to make the human-capital especially the professional human-capital play more important part in the improvement of modern library,for the status of human-capital management falls behind the improvement of modern library.
