摘要
本文从职务设计理念入手,提出了提高员工工作热情的原则和着眼点,然后落实到作为一个组织的图书馆工作中,从职务投入、职务丰富化、职务轮换、环境改造四方面来论述图书馆改革中应该进行的职务设计,以此来调动很有职业倦怠的图书馆员工的工作积极性,从而实现图书馆的服务目标。
According to the principle of the job design,this text puts forward the points of improving working enthusiasm of employees,then discusses the job design that the library reform should proceed from the job devotion,the job enrichment,the job rotating and the environment reforming,so that the library can improve the working positiveness of the librarians who have the occupation ennui and realize the service target of the library.
