学科馆员制度是图书馆自身发展和社会信息技术进步共同影响的产物,已在国内的一些重点大学图书馆率先实行。但在实施中仍存在许多问题。本文追溯学科馆员制度的历史渊源,并着重探讨学科馆员制度在高校图书馆实施的途径。

Subject librarian system is the result of the combining influences of library development and information technology growth.It has been put into practice in the libraries of some major universities in China.But there exist some open questions in its implementation.The present paper attempts to explore the history of this system and suggests some ways to implement it in college libraries.
