摘要
知识转换是知识管理中的核心内容,本文通过分析知识转换的内容及意义,提出了知识转换的三种形式,并讨论了实现知识转换的保障措施。
Knowledge transformation is the core of knowledge management. Through analyzing the content and importance of knowledge transformation,the article puts forward three forms of knowledge transformation and discusses the securing measures for realizing knowledge transformation.
