金刚石薄锯片切割石材中力和功率变化过程研究 被引量:4

摘要 文章研究金刚石薄锯片切割花岗岩过程中的力和功率变化特征。通过测量主轴功率、垂直与水平锯切力,分析了功率和锯切力随锯切面积的变化,计算了单颗磨粒法向力。并就金刚石薄锯片的耐磨性与常规锯片进行了比较。结果表明,功率和锯切力的变化与常规锯片切割相似,并未出现异常振动。单颗磨粒承受载荷与常规锯片切割也无显著增加。 In this paper,the characteristics of forces and power in sawing of granite with a thin blade were studied.Though measuring the power drawn by the spindle,as well as horizontal and vertical sawing forces,the changes of power and forces versus sawing area were analyzed,and the normal component force acted on each diamond grit was calculated.The wear performance of the thin blade was compared to that of a normal blade.It is shown that,the changes of power and forces for the thin blade is similar to those for the normal blade.Abnormal vibrations were not found for the thin blade sawing.The normal load per grit in the thin blade sawing was found to be comparable to that of the normal blade sawing.
