摘要
引入添加剂是合成特种金刚石的重要手段,用含硫的N i70M n25Co5触媒进行了工业级金刚石的合成,考察了硫对合成金刚石的影响。借助于扫描电子显微镜,研究发现,与不含硫体系合成的金刚石相比,含硫体系合成的晶体虽然具备六八面体形状,但是表面有许多小的凹坑,这些凹坑多数分布在{111}面上。另外,还利用电子探针对金刚石表面杂质的成分、含量及其分布进行了定性检测,发现杂质在晶体表面分布不均匀;相对而言,M n、N i元素的含量较高;在凹坑位置能够检测到硫元素的存在,而在晶面平滑处没有检测到硫元素。
Introducing additive is an important method to synthesize special diamonds.In this article,we have synthesized industrial diamonds using sulfur-contained Ni_(70)Mn_(25)Co_5 as catalyst.The influence of sulfur on the synthesis of industrial diamonds has been inspected.Using scanning electron microscope we discovered that,compared to the diamonds from no-sulfur system,the diamonds from sulfur-contained system have hexoctahedron shape,but its surface has many small pits.These pits mainly distribute on the {111} surface of diamonds.Moreover,using electron probe,qualitative analysis has been carried on the impurity component,impurity content and impurity distribution.We have found that impurities on crystal surface distributed non-uniformly.The content of Mn and Ni element is relatively high.Sulfur can only be detected in the position of pits.However no sulfur can be found in the smooth region on diamond surface.
