摘要
通过在同一配方条件下,使用不同粒度的Co粉,以相同致密度的工艺条件制作试样块,并综合性能的对比,以此来研究Co粉的粒度对Co基结合剂串珠胎体的影响。实验结果表明,Co粉粒度的减小不仅能提高串珠胎体的致密度和力学性能,还能提高烧结体对金刚石的机械包镶能力。
The influence of different grits of cobalt powder on cobalt bonded bead matrix was studied by comparison of the comprehensive performances of the sample blocks made with cobalt powder of different grits in technological condition of same density and same formulation.The experiment result shows that the reduction of grits of cobalt powder can not only improve the density and mechanics performance of bead matrix,but also the mechanical retention of sinters to diamond.
