摘要
当前新课改大张旗鼓地向前推进,教学改革发展势头迅猛。班级,作为新课改的前沿阵地也理应注入新的内容,建构新的管理模式,以适应新的形势和任务的要求。本文基于自身教学管理实践,针对新课程的实施,提出了更新理念、转变角色,以学生成长记录袋工作为班级管理的中心,抓好新形势下后进生转化工作,让学生共同参与班级管理等四方面的看法和建议。
