摘要
针对动力卡盘存在的问题,介绍了液压滑环在动力卡盘中的应用,在液压滑环简化模型的基础上,给出了变黏度下液压滑环端面油膜密封的摩擦转矩关系式,并对比了变黏度和定黏度下的摩擦转矩随密封缝隙值变化的规律,最后应用实验研究验证了该关系式的正确性,为解决回转油缸的配流和冷却问题提供了一定的参考。
Aiming at solving the existed problems of the power chuck,the application of hydraulic slipring in the power chuck was introduced.Based on the simplified modal of the oil film face seal in the hydrostatic slipring,the relation of friction torque with variable viscosity was deduced.The curves of the friction torque versus sealgap of the hydraulic slipring under constant and variable viscosities were compared.Experiment was performed to validate the correction of the relation.The obtained results provide some...
