超高强度钢与微合金钢点焊接头的组织与性能 被引量:5

摘要 以超高强度钢EN 10 292 TL4225和微合金钢H340 LAD为研究对象,采用先进的中频点焊连接技术,利用合适的焊接参数实现了超高强度钢与微合金钢的优质连接。对中频点焊接头横截面进行微观组织分析和硬度分布实验,并对中频点焊接头进行拉伸实验,采用扫描电镜对拉伸断口进行研究和分析。结果表明,中频点焊接头熔合良好、组织均匀,没有发现气孔、裂纹等缺陷,具有良好的中频点焊性能,能够满足实际生产需求。 Precision ultra-high strength steel EN 10 292 TL4225 and micro-alloy steel H340 LAD are selected for the study.The intermediate frequency(IF) spot welding process is used.The perfect welded joints by using the appropriate welding parameters are produced.The tension strength and the hardness distribution of the welded joint tested,and the microstructure of the fracture surface is analyzed by scanning electron microscope.The test results show that the welded joints have good microstructure and mechanical perf...
