摘要
利用混料回归设计建立了Cu-Ni-Sn-Ti活性钎料成分与剪切强度、润湿性能的回归方程,分析了成分质量分数对接头剪切强度和钎料润湿性能的影响规律。结果表明:增加Ti含量有助于提高钎料的润湿性能,但同时也使接头的剪切强度下降;添加适量的Sn能明显改善接头剪切强度和钎料的润湿性能。在综合考虑成分变化对钎料熔化温度区间等影响后,优化设计出用于钎焊连接立方氮化硼超硬材料的w(Ti)=10%~12%、w(Sn)=3%~5.5%的Cu-Ni-Sn-Ti活性钎料。
