摘要
为了使经编弹力针织物疲劳和抽拔的测试结果能更好地反映经编弹力针织物内衣在实际穿着过程中的疲劳与抽拔现象,考察了不同线迹对经编弹力针织物疲劳与抽拔的影响.在拉伸隔距、拉伸频率、拉伸次数、拉伸率等实验参数一定的条件下,分析了四线包缝、三线包缝、两点人字形及四点人字形线迹对经编弹力针织物氨纶丝疲劳和抽拔的影响及其显著性.可以得出:线迹对经编弹力针织物中的氨纶丝疲劳无显著影响,对缝迹中的氨纶丝抽拔有显著影响.研究结果对经编弹力针织内衣缝纫工艺的选择和疲劳抽拔实验具有一定的参考价值.
