摘要
选择体重20 kg左右的杜枫姜三元杂交猪180头,随机分成4组,每组45头。4个组分别饲喂基础日粮(对照组)、基础日粮+100 mg.kg-1低聚木糖(1组)、基础日粮+150 mg.kg-1低聚木糖(2组)、基础日粮+200 mg.kg-1低聚木糖(3组),探讨不同处理对生长猪免疫功能和血液生化指标的影响。结果表明:与对照组相比,试验1~3组血液单核细胞数分别增加10.7%、37.5%、1.8%;试验组血小板数有提高趋势,且2组显著高于对照组;试验组血清碱性磷酸酶活性比对照组分别提高31.1%、17.2%、33.3%;试验组血清溶菌酶活性也有提高趋势(P>0.05);试验组血清谷草转氨酶活性和葡萄糖含量均高于对照组,但差异不显著;试验组血清尿素氮含量有下降趋势(P>0.05);1、3组血清胆固醇含量显著低于对照组,2组血清胆固醇含量极显著低于对照组。
180 crossbred growing pigs with body weight of 20 kg were randomly allocated to four groups,45 pigs per group.The pigs were fed with basic diet,basic diet plus 100 mg·kg-1 xylooligosaccharide,basic diet plus 150 mg·kg-1 xylooligosaccharide,basic diet plus 200 mg·kg-1 xylooligosaccharide respectively to study the effects of xylooligosaccharide on immunity and serum biochemical index of growing pigs.The results showed that: the serum monocyte in treatment groups was increased by 10.7%,37.5%,1.8% respectively ...
