蛋白保护对水牛瘤胃动力学的影响

摘要 利用活体瘤胃动力学测定装置检测小麦粉喷洒甲醛后小麦蛋白过瘤胃保护作用,探讨蛋白保护对3头水牛瘤胃动力学的影响。结果表明:试验期与对照期相比,瘤胃平滑肌收缩力平均提高127.8%(P<0.01)。15 min内,瘤胃平均蠕动持续时间延长76.3%(P<0.05)。瘤胃蠕动频率下降34.0%(P<0.05)。证明所建立的活体瘤胃动力学检测技术能够定量检测到小麦蛋白过瘤胃保护后瘤胃排空加快。这对于有效地提高饲料蛋白利用率具有积极的协同作用。 Under the condition of wheat sprayed by formaldehyde to protect protein bypass rumen,the dynamics determination device of rumen smooth muscle in vivo was prepared in this paper to study rumen dynamic changes in 3 buffalos.The results showed that compared with control period,an average increase of ruminal smooth muscle increased significantly by 127.8%(P<0.01).Within 15 min,the average rumen motility significantly increased the duration by 76.3%(P<0.05) and rumen peristalsis frequency significantly decreased...
