摘要
目的通过比较正常妊娠与自然流产小鼠模型绒毛滋养细胞中survivin和Ki-67表达,从细胞和分子水平探讨自然流产的发病机制,为临床防治自然流产提供依据。方法建立正常妊娠小鼠模型CBA×Balb/c和自然流产小鼠模型CBA×DBA/2,采用免疫组化SP法测定两组模型孕13 d绒毛滋养细胞中survivin和Ki-67的表达。结果与正常妊娠模型相比,自然流产模型绒毛滋养细胞中survivin和Ki-67的表达均显著降低(P<0.01)。结论早孕期绒毛滋养细胞增殖和凋亡失衡是导致自然流产的机制之一,绒毛滋养细胞中survivin和Ki-67表达低下可能是引起绒毛滋养细胞增殖和凋亡失衡的重要因素。
