摘要
近年来研究表明,尿激酶型纤溶酶原激活剂(urokinase-type plasminogen activator,uPA)/尿激酶型纤溶酶原激活剂受体(uPA receptor,uPAR)/纤溶酶原激活剂抑制剂(plasminogen activator inhibitor,PAI)系统与炎性关节疾病中滑膜增生以及关节软骨和骨的破坏密切相关,本文就近年来的研究进展作一综述,旨在为炎性关节疾病的防治寻找新的靶点和途径。
Recently,many researches focus on relationship between urokinase-type plasminogen activator/its receptor/its inhibitors system(uPA/uPAR/PAI) and inflammatory joint disease(IJD).uPA/uPAR/PAI may promote synovial hyperplasia,destroy arthrodial cartilage and bone in IJD.We overview recent studies with an aim of searching new ways and targets to prevent and cure IJD.
