自改革开放以来,中国的经济和社会发生了重大的变化。不过,伴随这一现代化跃迁而来的是环境污染的加剧。尤其是在苏南等经济先进地区,水资源更是受到了前所未有的污染,已成为影响社会进步、人民生活安康的顽疾,相应的如何解决以实现"人水和谐"便成为世人瞩目的焦点。而探析其中的社会文化机理,从解决人的问题入手以解决水污染问题则是一条有效路径。

Since the reform and opening-up,China has witnessed significant changes in its economy and society. However,such modernization also brings along with aggravated environmental pollution.
