摘要
针对某民机风挡结构鸟撞试验,采用LS-DYNA有限元软件再现了风挡结构的鸟撞动响应结果,计算所得结构破坏区域与破坏形式及试验结果吻合。分析认为导致龙骨破坏的原因是夹持玻璃的龙骨整体刚度不够,而局部刚度又相对过强。为此参考波音飞机风挡结构构型,提出将原风挡夹持结构改为螺栓连接悬挂结构,并对新构型的风挡结构进行了动响应分析。计算结果表明:风挡玻璃采用螺栓连接悬挂于龙骨结构上的安装构型能有效提高风挡结构的抗鸟撞特性。
