On Dispute Settlement Mechanism in the Perspective of the New Countryside——Focusing on the Cost of Dispute Settlement

每种纠纷解决机制都有其相应的纠纷解决的成本,改革开放以后,中国农村纠纷出现了新的特点,原有纠纷解决机制显示了诸多的缺陷,必须要改革中国现有的纠纷解决机制及相关制度,只有这样才能有效地促进农村纠纷的解决,维护社会的稳定,促进农村社会的和谐。

Every disputes settlement mechanism is carried out at certain cost.Since China adopted the policy of reform and opening-up,dispute settlement in its rural areas has taken on some new features while the old mechanism has revealed its defects.Therefore,the existing mechanism and relevant systems of China should be reformed so as to effectively settle disputes in China's rural areas,safeguard social stability and promote the building of a harmonious rural society.
