俄罗斯现行生态政策问题研究

Study on Russia's Current Ecological Policy Issues

俄罗斯是世界上生态资源的大国,其在生态环境的保护上存在的问题和很多有益的做法,尤其是其日益完善的生态政策和立法经验对于我国的环境立法与学术研究具有重要借鉴意义。通过对俄罗斯生态政策的介绍,重点就俄罗斯生态税收和生态保险制度进行系统阐释,以期能对我国相关领域的实践和研究有所裨益。

Russia is a big country of the world with rich ecological resources,the experience of its ecological and environmental protection,particularly its increasingly sophisticated ecological policy is very important for China's legislation and research.This paper attempts to introduce the Russia's eco-policies with emphasis on eco-tax and a systematic explanation of ecological insurance system,which will benefit China.
