高等职业技术教育人才能力结构的要求,刑事法学实训课教学总体目标的指向是专业技术应用能力和基础操作能力的培养。随着刑事立法的发展,高校刑法教学,特别是高职院校刑法教学的课时数量是有限的,因此,传统讲授方式的教学方法不适合实训课教学,有必要引入全景式教学方法,这是高等职业教育人才培养模式的内在要求,与高职实训课目标的一致性,顺应了法律职业化发展的趋势。
