摘要
介绍了花板管壳式换热器的结构及设计思想。通过实验研究表明,在相同壳程流量下,板间距为134mm时,换热器的传热系数K是板间距为163mm、147mm、123mm时的102%~110%;壳程压降Δp则约为板间距为163mm、147mm、123mm时的97%~105%;而综合性能K/Δp比板间距为163mm、147mm、123mm时高3%~9%,本实验认为最佳板间距存在于134mm~147mm之间。
The structure and design philosophy of the flower baffle heat exchanger are presented in this paper.Through the experimental study,with same shell side flow,when the distance between two flower baffles is 134mm,the heat transfer coefficient K is 102%-110% times of that with distance between is 163mm,147mm or 123mm.The shell side pressure drop of flower baffle heat exchanger with a distance between two flower baffles of 134mm is 97%-105% times of that while the distance between is 163mm,147mm or 123mm.The ov...
