粗煤气中硫化氢脱除与利用的探讨

Study on Removal and Further Utilization of H2S in Raw Gas

分析了采用克劳斯硫回收装置脱除硫化氢工艺生产过程中存在的问题。在对生产实际分析和科学化验的基础上,探讨采用WSA技术,利用粗煤气中的废气硫化氢生产工业浓硫酸的可行性。

Some problems which happened during the H2S removal by means of Klaus Unit are presented in this paper.Feasibility of exploiting H2S to produce industrial concentrated sulfuric acid by means of WSA process based on production practice as well as test is discussed as well.
