摘要
目的:应用HPLC-MSn方法分析知母中的甾体皂苷成分。方法:采用Hedera ODS-2色谱柱(250mm×4.6mmID,5μm),流动相:乙腈-水梯度洗脱,ELSD检测器,ESI离子源,正负离子模式下采集数据。结果:根据负离子模式下的准离子峰和正离子模式下的二、三级质谱裂解规律,结合文献并与部分对照品比较,鉴定了15个甾体皂苷。结论:该法选择性强、灵敏度高、操作简便,适用于知母甾体皂苷类化合物的定性分析。
