幽门螺杆菌感染患者胃黏膜组织中TLR2、TLR5的表达

Expression of TLR2 and TLR5 in HP-infected gastric mucosa tissue

目的:检测幽门螺杆菌(HP)感染患者胃黏膜组织中Toll样受体TLR2、TLR5的表达。方法:采用免疫组化SP法检测33例非HP感染患者(对照组)和35例HP感染患者(试验组)胃黏膜组织中TLR2和TLR5的表达。结果:TLR2在试验组和对照组均无表达。试验组胃黏膜组织中TLR5的阳性表达率(60.0%)明显低于对照组(84.8%)(χ2=5.209,P<0.05)。结论:TLR2在人胃黏膜组织中无表达,HP感染可下调胃黏膜组织中TLR5的表达。
