咸阳市建设用地变化驱动力分析

Analysis on Driving Forces of Construction Land Changes of Xianyang City

分析了咸阳市1999—2006年土地利用,尤其是建设用地的变化情况。结果发现,城市用地、农村居民点用地、公路用地是咸阳市各类建设用地中变化比较显著的土地类型。以咸阳市1999—2006年国民经济发展数据为基础,选取国内生产总值、二三产业产值、全社会固定资产投资、财政收入、财政支出、社会消费品零售总额、总人口等一系列指标,采用SPSS软件对这些指标进行主成分分析,获取经济因素、城镇化水平和耕地面积为咸阳市建设用地变化的驱动因素,结合对建设用地的分析得到咸阳市建设用地变化的驱动力包括政策因素、经济因素、城镇化水平和耕地因素。最后对各影响因素进行深入分析,提出咸阳市建设用地发展的意见与建议。
