摘要
为研究污水厂污泥的燃烧特性及动力学规律,采用热重-差式扫描(TG-DSC)同步热分析仪对空气干燥污泥在空气流中进行燃烧实验,通过TG和DTG曲线对污泥的燃烧行为进行分析,针对观察到的新的现象,对热失重过程作了新的划分.实验结果表明,污泥的失重过程可分为水分析出阶段、污泥热解阶段、半焦热解到半焦起始燃烧的过渡阶段、半焦快速燃烧阶段以及矿物质分解阶段.升温速率较高时,半焦起始燃烧反应在时间上有所滞后,着火时温度较高,导致燃烧速度较快,失重率也较高.采用积分法进行动力学分析,求解出了燃烧过程主要阶段的化学反应动力学参数.
