小脑间位核至下丘脑的神经投射及其性质 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨大鼠小脑间位核至下丘脑的神经投射及其性质,为小脑-下丘脑路径参与调节免疫功能提供证据。方法:电泳神经顺行追踪剂葡聚糖-德克萨斯红(Dextran-Texas Red,Dextran-TR)观察小脑间位核投射至下丘脑的神经纤维的存在和行走路径;电泳神经逆行追踪剂Fluoro-Ruby逆行追踪投射到下丘脑的间位核神经元;免疫荧光双标法观察投射到下丘脑的间位核神经元的性质。结果:小脑间位核电泳Dextran-TR后示踪可见间位核神经元发出离核纤维,行走于同侧小脑上脚中,在小脑上脚交叉处交叉到对侧,然后继续走行于小脑上脚中,到下丘脑后较多纤维终止于下丘脑后区;在下丘脑后区电泳Fluoro-Ruby后可逆行追踪到小脑间位核神经元,荧光双标法显示投射到下丘脑后区的小脑间位核神经元中有谷氨酸能神经元。结论:小脑间位核有向下丘脑投射的直接纤维,其中有些神经元的性质是谷氨酸能的。 Objective:To explore the nerve projection and property from cerebellar interposed nucleus(IN) to hypothalamus in rats and so as to provide more information for immunomodulation mediated by cerebello-hypothalamic pathway.Methods:The iontophoresis of Dextran-Texas Red,neuronal anterograde tracer,was used to observe the existence and routes of nerve projection from cerebellar IN to hypothalamus.The iontophoresis of Fluoro-Ruby,neuronal retrograde tracer,was used to trace neurons projecting to hypothalamus in c...
