肾性高血压大鼠模型微动脉简易组织芯片制备

摘要 目的:介绍一种自创手工工具制作大鼠微动脉石蜡组织芯片的简易方法。方法:用自创手工工具将肾性高血压大鼠模型肠系膜微动脉构建成石蜡组织芯片并HE染色。结果:HE染色,肉眼观其组织芯片阵列整齐,方位标志明显易识别;镜下血管及微动脉组织结构完整。结论:组织芯片技术可应用于实验动物微小组织标本的制备,极具应用推广价值。
