食管鳞状细胞癌组织中神经性钙黏附蛋白和mRNA的表达

Expression of N-cadherin protein and mRNA in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma tissue

目的:检测食管鳞状细胞癌组织中神经性钙黏附蛋白(N-cadherin)和mRNA的表达。方法:采用免疫组织化学PV法和RT-PCR法检测62例食管鳞状细胞癌组织及62例正常食管黏膜组织中N-cadherin蛋白和mR-NA的表达。结果:正常食管黏膜组织及食管鳞状细胞癌组织中N-cadherin蛋白的阳性表达率和mRNA的相对含量分别为29.0%、75.8%和(0.154±0.019)、(0.663±0.016),差异均有统计学意义(χ2=23.758,t=1290.840,P均<0.001)。N-cadherin蛋白阳性表达率及mRNA的相对含量与食管鳞状细胞癌的分化程度、浸润深度及淋巴结转移密切相关(χ2=6.924、9.345、4.486,F/t=555.231、4.971、7.269,P<0.05或0.01)。结论:N-cadherin的高表达与食管鳞状细胞癌的发生发展及浸润转移密切相关。
