摘要
目的:评价螺旋CT在胃癌淋巴结转移中的诊断价值。方法:对59例进展期胃癌患者于手术前1周内行螺旋CT平扫及三期动态增强扫描,对照病理结果,分析其CT征象。结果:①螺旋CT诊断胃癌淋巴结转移的准确率为84.75%(50/59),敏感性为92.31%(36/39),特异性达70.00%(14/20)。②胃癌淋巴结螺旋CT呈融合型、强化密度差值≥80Hu、不均匀强化及直径≥9mm者,病理转移的阳性率较高(χ2=14.12、37.10、7.00和23.72,P均<0.05)。结论:螺旋CT可较准确地检出胃癌转移淋巴结。
