过敏性紫癜患儿食物过敏原特异性IgG抗体检测 被引量:16

摘要 目的:检测过敏性紫癜患儿食物过敏原特异性IgG抗体。方法:采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测156例过敏性紫癜患儿(男100例,女56例)及100例健康对照者14种日常食物过敏原特异性IgG抗体水平。结果:患儿组食物过敏原特异性IgG抗体阳性率为100.0%,较对照组(65.0%)升高(χ2=63.247,P<0.001),且患儿组4种以上食物过敏原阳性者占48.7%,高于对照组的8.0%(χ2=45.828,P<0.001)。通过调整饮食,大多数患儿病情好转,治疗有效率为73.0%。男、女患儿在不耐受食物分布及耐受程度上存在部分差异。结论:过敏性紫癜与食物不耐受密切相关,部分结果存在性别差异。 Aim:To detect food allergen-specific IgG antibody in children with Henoch-Schonlein purpura.Methods:Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)was used to detect 14 kinds of daily food allergen-specific IgG antibody levels in 156 children with Henoch-Schonlein purpura(male 100 cases,female 56 cases)and 100 healthy controls.Results:IgG antibodies positive rate in Henoch-Schonlein purpura group was 100.0%,significantly higher than that(65.0%)in control group(χ2=63.247,P<0.001).More than 4 kinds of allergen-posit...
