PMEG-b-PMMA的ATRP法合成及其在甲苯中的自组装

摘要 以2-溴代丙酰溴(BPB)为引发剂,溴化亚铜/联二吡啶为催化体系,通过原子转移自由基聚合(ATRP)合成了端基含一个α-溴原子的聚乙二醇单甲醚(PMEG-Br),以此为大分子引发剂引发甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)聚合,得到了分子量分布较窄的PMEG-b-PMMA嵌段共聚物.用傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)、核磁共振(1H NMR)、凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)等方法对聚合物进行了表征.采用直接溶解法配制了PMEG-b-PMMA在甲苯中的反胶束溶液,利用透射电镜(TEM)观察了两亲嵌段共聚物PMEG-b-PMMA在甲苯溶液中的自组装行为.结果表明,嵌段共聚物PMEG-b-PMMA在甲苯中自组装形成了以亲水段为核、疏水段为壳的反胶束结构,且随着共聚物浓度的增大,胶束的形态依次经历了从球状到柱状再到层状的转变.
