摘要
目的探讨孕期低铁干预对其仔鼠生长发育期及成年期血液学参数的影响。方法将6周龄健康Wistar雌性大鼠随机分为2组,实验组喂低铁饲料,对照组喂富铁饲料。4周后与健康成年Wistar雄鼠同笼交配,孕期低铁干预持续至哺乳期结束,随后2组子鼠均转入富铁平衡期,持续10周。将实验组和对照组各自再分为2组,一组给予富铁饲喂,另一组再给予同前的低铁饲喂。持续16周后宰杀大鼠,检测仔鼠血红蛋白(Hb)、红细胞游离原卟啉(FEP)、红细胞体积亮度(RDW)、网织红细胞(RET)、及血清铁、铁蛋白、转铁蛋白等的水平。结果大鼠孕期低铁干预可致断乳仔鼠铁缺乏。富铁平衡10周后再行低铁干预,实验组再干预4~6周的Hb、RET值比对照组高并有显著差异;再干预结束总铁结合力(TIBC)较对照组高并有显著差异。结论大鼠孕期铁缺乏对子鼠生长发育期及成年期的铁摄取能力有远期的影响,但还没有表现出优于对照组的抗贫血能力。
