双源CT冠状动脉成像最佳重建时相与心率关系的研究

Relationship between heart rate and best reconstruction phase for coronary CT angiography using dual-source CT

目的探讨双源CT(DSCT)冠状动脉成像最佳重建时相与心率的关系,并确定其重建最佳舒张与收缩期相。方法对连续入选拟诊为冠状动脉疾病的200例患者行双源CT冠状动脉CTA检查,R-R间期内以5%间隔行多时相重建,由两位影像科医师共同评价分析各冠状动脉主干最佳重建时相与心率的相关性。结果心率80次/分以下时,右冠状动脉(RCA)、左冠状动脉前降支(LAD)、左冠状动脉旋支(LCX)在R-R间期的75%重建获得的图像质量最佳。心率大于80次/分时,RCA、LAD、LCX分别在R-R间期的35%、40%、35%重建获得的图像质量最佳。结论使用DSCT进行冠状动脉成像时,可根据心率选择最佳的重建时相,当心率80次/分以下时,最佳重建时相应选择在R-R间期75%左右的舒张期;当心率在80次/分以上时,最佳重建时相应选择在R-R间期35%~40%的收缩期。
