摘要 《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》在保护劳动者权益和保护用人单位权益等方面有很多新规定。实施劳动合同法是我国法制建设进程中的一件大事,该法引发了社会强烈的反应、关注和激烈的争论。新《劳动合同法》实施后的有利因素或积极作用是显而易见的。 "The People's Republic of China Work Law of contract" is protecting the worker rights and interests and aspects and so on protection employer rights and interests has very many new stipulations.The implementation work law of contract is in our country legislative work advancement important matter,this law has initiated the social intense response,the attention and the argument.New "Work Law of contract" implements after the favorable factor or the positive role is obvious.
