The Recognition of Enterprise Risk Based on the Strategic Management Perspective

战略风险是影响企业可持续发展和竞争不确定性的主要因素之一。从战略管理的角度研究企业风险问题,分析了对战略风险认识的主要观点,并与决策理论和财务理论等传统风险观进行了对比分析,提出了一个基于环境不确定性和组织调适能力的战略风险识别框架。

Strategy risk is one of the major factors affecting enterprise sustainable development and competing uncertainty.This paper studied enterprise risk problem in terms of strategy management.It analyzed the strategic risk concepts and its difference from the traditional risk idea.It proposed the forming conditions,source and the driving factors of the strategic risk based on environment indeterminism and enterprise adaptiveness.
