摘要
运用Fluent软件对天然气在高温蓄热式加热炉中的燃烧过程进行了模拟研究.比较分析了影响炉膛内气流温度、流场以及烟气质量分数分布特征的主要因素.结果表明:当天然气和空气的预热温度都不变时,改变天然气和空气射流间的夹角,会影响炉膛内的温度分布,炉内的最高温度几乎呈线性降低,炉内平均温度呈二次曲线变化先增大后减小.当天然气和空气射流间的夹角为35°时,炉内表面和钢坯表面温度比较均匀,并且NO生成量少,对提高钢坯的加热质量和降低环境污染均非常有利.
