摘要
LibQUAL+直接源于SERVQUAL,是图情领域最有影响力的图书馆服务质量和用户满意度测评方法。LibQUAL+的发展经历了4个阶段:1999年前的尝试期、2000-2001年的探索期、2002-2003年的完善期和2004年后的稳定期。国内图书馆也积极进行了LibQUAL+的本土化应用,但测评大多仅从工作需要出发,缺乏通用性和持续性。
LibQUAL+,which is based on SEVQUAL,is the most influential evaluation method of the library service quality and customer satisfaction in library fields. The development of LibQUAL+ includes four stages:the initial attempt before 1999,the formal exploration in 2000-2001,the gradual improvement in 2002-2003,and the stable period after 2004. Domestic libraries have carried out the localization application of the LibQUAL+. However,most evaluations are task-oriented and lack of generality and continuity.
