服务外包有助于企业降低成本并且提高企业竞争优势。然而各种不确定性因素的存在使得服务外包伴随着潜在的风险,因此,如何有效地管理和控制服务外包风险是理论界和企业界关注的焦点。
Outsourcing services can help businesses to reduce costs and enhance competitive advantage. However,a variety of uncertainties make service outsourcing accompanied with potential risks. Therefore,both theoretical and industrial professionals focus on the risk management and control of service outsourcing.
