摘要
提出了多级轴流式压气机级增压特性监控方法,以判断给定工况下存在流动异常的压气机级.对某涡喷发动机试车数据进行分析,结果表明该方法能够确定发动机转速设定变化时压气机中流动状态发生异常的级.将该方法用于试验发动机放气带开关控制,得到了理想的结果.分析表明:压气机级增压特性监控在喘振边界检测、发动机瞬态过程调节、压气机级一级的流动控制中具有一定应用前景.
A method for monitoring of stage-pressurization characteristics of multistage axial flow compressors was developed to locate the specific compressor stages,where flow field was poorly matched at a given operating condition.The newly developed method was used to analyze rig-test data of a turbojet engine.The results show that,ill-matched compressor stages during engine speed transient could be located accurately.Then the method was successfully used to control on-off switching of the bleed valve of the test ...
