馆际协作建设特色数据库探讨

Constructing the Characteristic Database Through the Interlibrary Cooperation

广州市石牌地区高校图书馆协作建设了期刊联合目录数据库、报纸联合目录数据库、免费电子全文数据库、创新参考数据库。但是在特色数据库的建设过程中,存在缺乏利益协调平衡机制、数据质量差、义务和责任不明确、宣传力度不够、知识产权保护相关法规亟待完善等问题。广州市石牌地区高校图书馆在馆际协作建设特色数据库过程中,针对这些问题提出了解决方案,并对馆际协作建设特色数据库今后的发展方向进行了研究。

University libraries in Shipai area have constructed the periodical union catalogue database, the newspaper union catalogue database, the free electronic full text database and the innovative reference database.
