Study on the Strategic Plan about the Resource Construction of Different Types of Libraries Abroad

通过对公共图书馆、高校图书馆和专业图书馆这3种类型图书馆中有代表性的9所图书馆的战略规划分析发现,国外图书馆资源建设战略规划的内容主要涉及资源类型、资源描述与组织、资源获取渠道、资源长期保存、资源建设策略等5个方面。国外不同类型图书馆的资源建设战略规划各具特点,能够为我国图书馆的资源建设战略规划提供有意义的参考。

Based on the analysis of nine strategic plan texts of foreign representative libraries from public libraries, university libraries and special libraries, authors realize that the strategic plan about the library resource construction comprises five aspects, including the type of resources, the resource description and organization, acquisition methods, the resource long-term preservation and the resource construction policy.
