摘要 通过结合计算流体动力学(Computational fluid dynamics,CFD)软件KIVA3V和化学动力学软件CHEMKINII,实现了耦合CFD和详细化学动力学的发动机工作过程多维数值模拟。在此基础上,对KIVA3V/CHEMKINII源程序进行了并行功能的开发,使其能在基于LINUX操作系统的大型并行计算机上运行。为了更为精确地模拟缸内的燃烧过程和监测中间组分的反应历程,耦合计算同时考虑了流动、传热及化学反应的影响,并引入了一种平衡湍流及化学动力学效应的燃烧模型。模型以天然气发动机WT615为研究对象,并对模拟结果和试验数据进行了对比。结果表明,模拟结果与试验数据有良好的一致性,模拟提供了中间组分的缸内分布信息,计算具有较高的并行效率和加速比特性。 Numerical simulation of engine combustion using CFD and detailed chemical kinetics is accomplished by integrating CFD code KIVA3V with chemical kinetics code CHEMKINII.
