摘要
在企业外部竞争日趋激烈的今天,越来越多的组织开始倾向于建立一种高绩效的企业文化,而在不同的企业性质下,企业的文化也应该存在较大的差异性。本文在问卷调查的基础上,从员工的角度论证了不同性质的企业在文化上的差异性。结果发现国有、外资和私营企业在文化特征上表现出较大的差异,呈现出各自的特点。
With the external competition among the enterprises,more and more organizations begin to establish a high-performance corporate culture.The paper uses the survey to demonstrates the differences of the culture in the different types of the enterprises.The state-owned enterprises,foreign-funded enterprises and private enterprises,from the perspective of the enterprise culture,show a greater difference,and have their own characteristics.
