目前,中小企业已经成为东北地区经济社会发展的重要组成部分,但发展水平还有待进一步提升。金融危机下,东北地区中小企业应通过加快实现产业升级、完善融资渠道、提高自主创新来提升发展水平。

At present,small and medium-sized enterprises have become an important part of the economic and social development in the Northeast,but the level of development needs to be further enhanced.We need to accelerate industrial upgrading,improve the financing channels,improve independent innovation to enhance the level of small and medium-sized enterprises in the Northeast during Financial Crisis.
