Analysis on the Existing Problems in the Development Process of the Industries of Henan Province

受全球性金融危机影响,河南产业发展面临一系列新问题,特别是产业发展效益偏低,资源类产业所占比重较大,高技术人才不足导致高新技术产业发展规模较小,农业发展负担过重。要克服这些危机,根本的出路是要通过科技进步和自主创新体系建设与完善,并通过制度创新逐步构建现代产业体系。
