学位论文具有重要的使用价值,但版权问题一直是其开发利用的障碍。以我国发生的一系列"学位论文侵权案"为研究视角,考查高校、法定学位论文收藏机构、商业数据库公司在学位论文开发利用中存在的版权管理问题发现,要避免学位论文侵权案的发生必须严格规范学位论文开发利用中各主体的行为。

The dissertation has the important scholarly value,however,copyright issues always become the obstacle to its development and utilization.The paper discusses the dissertation copyright manage-ment on the basis of analyzing serial dissertation infringement cases,then analyzes all the behavior of the main part in the development and utilization of the dissertation and gives several measures and suggestions to regulate their behaviors.
